Working closely with the Resort Exec Chef you will manage the very busy resort restaurant catering for around 300 covers per day. This is a high end brasserie where everything is made fresh so the ideal Head Chef would come from either a high end branded or volume brasserie background.
We offer a great salary, tronc and plenty of company perks and benefits, as well as the chance to be part of something big. There may be the occasion evening function but primary this is a day time operations so pretty much 9-5 hours 5 days per week. so yes day hours.

Head Chef – What we need from you:
The ability and understanding to train and develop your team in all aspects from stocks, rotas, food safety to food SOP and presentation
A real people person with excellent communication skills
A head chef that can manager a large team and volume cooking
Exemplary standards in all aspects of kitchen management
The ability to recruit, train and coach your team
A strong understanding of food health and safety
